6 cans Brooks Chili Hot Beans
1-1/2 Lbs. Round Steak Cut into 1/2" pieces
1/4 lb. Ground Pork Shoulder
1 Green Pepper
1 Poblano Pepper
4 Large Yellow Onions
2 cans Tomatoes (14 oz. each)
1 can Rotel (1 Size only)
1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz.)
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
1/2 Lb. Bacon Chopped
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
Powdered Chipotle Chili Pepper to taste

Sauté Bacon until Crisp and set aside
Sauté Onion in some of the Bacon Fat and set aside
Sauté the meats separately and set aside
Sauté the Peppers and Garlic till tender and add spices and sauté for 1 Minute
Combine the above items with the Tomatoes and Rotel and tomato Sauce - cook for 30 Minutes
Add the Beans and cook for another 30 Minutes

Best if made the day before to better combine the flavors

Serve with Sour Cream and Shredded Cheese
