6 eggs, separated
tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg
⅛ tsp. cloves
2 lbs. powdered sugar
⅛ tsp. cream of tartar

Beat egg yolks to lemon yellow color.
Add spices.
Mix in powdered sugar until stiff.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar.
Fold into yolk mix.

In a decorative mug add c. egg mixture
Add Tom & Jerry mix ( shot [1 oz.] each of rum & brandy)
Fill up with boiling water
Sprinkle nutmeg on top

Makes a lot so you may wish to cut recipe in half.
