2 pounds or a large container of brussel sprouts
1 large head of cauliflower
olive oil
kinders the blend seasoning. or salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
cut brussel sprouts in half

chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces

place vegetables onto a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil, toss to blend the oil, then season the vegetables.

roast in the oven at 375 until crispy. your personal taste of crispiness, we like ours very crispy.
