2 small packages or on large package of Strawberry gelatin
1 Large container of nondairy whipped topping, thawed
2 10oz frozen sliced strawberries with sugar, thawed


Directions:
Directions:
Drain the thawed strawberries, reserving the juice. You should get about 2 cups. If you don't add water to make up the difference.

Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Stir the gelatin into the boiling water. Stirring until dissolved. remove from heat. add the juice from the strawberries. Chill until almost firm.

Beat the gelatin until foamy, Fold in the whipped topping. Pour into a mold. Refrigerate overnight to set.
