Ingredients:  
1 can crab meat, drizzle with lemon juice
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 water chestnuts, minced
1 green onion, chopped
tsp. salt (optional)

12 oz. pkg. won ton skins

2 c. vegetable oil


Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except won ton skins.
2. Place 1 tsp. of filling in the center of each won ton skin. Moisten 3 sides. Fold 2 sides over and roll as for egg roll.
3. Deep fry 6-8 rolls at a time in hot oil at 375 until golden brown.
4. Serve with hot mustard.
