1-pkg fresh Shrimp & Lobster Ravioli
1lb shrimp (peeled)

MARINADE:
1-teaspoon dried minced garlic
12-fresh basil leaves

LOBSTER JUS:
2-cups water
1-tablespoon Lobster base
1-tablespoon butter
1-splash drinking sherry (1/4 cup)
1-1/4 cup olive oil
2-cloves garlic
2-tablespoon Lavender Vanilla Bean Sugar (white granulated sugar will work)
1-tablespoon corn starch mixed in 1/4 cup of water

GARNISH:
Course ground black pepper
Fresh chopped cilantro
Shaved Parmesan, Romano, Asiago

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for the marinade and pour over shrimp. Marinate in fridge for 3-4 hours.

Add all ingredients for Lobster Jus (except corn starch mixture) to a 4-cup sauce pot, bring to boil, then low simmer to reduce (2-3 hours). Add in corn starch slurry near the end and cook just until thickened.

Boil Ravioli in 8-Qt pot until tender (4 minutes).

Grill shrimp approximately 10 minutes, turning over after 4-5 minutes.

Plate the ravioli, top with grilled shrimp. Pour jus on top. Garnish with ground black pepper, fresh chopped cilantro, and shaved cheeses.
