1½ cups sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1tsp salt
2 Tbsp Cocoa
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 bottle red food coloring
1 tsp soda
1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º. Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
Cream sugar and shortening together, add 1 egg at a time until mixture is creamy.
Sift flour, salt, and Cocoa together. Add alternatively with buttermilk to creamy mixture. Add vanilla and food coloring and mix well. In a small cup add soda and vinegar together the. Fold into mixture (do not mix make sure to FOLD!)
Bake for 30 minutes.
Frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
