1¼ lb. Shrimp

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

4 tbsp. Butter

4 - 5 Garlic Cloves, minced

¼ c. Dry White Wine

½ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes

2 tbsp. Lemon Juice

¼ c. Parsley, chopped

Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and 2 tbsp. butter.

Add garlic and sauté about 1 minute.

Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper.

Sauté shrimp on one side for 1-2 minutes and turn.

Pour in wine and red pepper flakes.

Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley.

Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
