Ingredients:  
2 Medium Onions medium diced
2 Medium Green Peppers medium diced
3 Tbl minced garlic
2 Jalapeno Peppers minced
1 32oz can chopped tomatoes
2 16oz cans cooked kidney beans
2 lbs Cooked Pork Butt (or other cooked pork) medium diced
2 oz Olive Oil
4 Tbl Chili Powder
4 Tbl Cumin
4 Tbl Salt
2 Tbl Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add olive oil, onions and peppers to 4 qt stock pot and cook on medium heat 4-5 minutes.

Add chopped garlic, chili powder, jalapenos and cumin, cook for 2 minutes.

Add diced pork, canned tomatoes, salt and pepper, simmer for 45 minutes.

Add kidney beans, simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve in bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
