7 slices white bread, crust removed
1 lb. ground sausage, browned or boca crumbles
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter each slice of bread. Cut 7th slice of bread in half. Place bread in 13 x 9 inch buttered glass baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs. Add dry mustard and milk. Beat again. Pour egg mixture over bread, sausage and cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove foil and bake 45 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and lightly browned on top. Casserole is best when it stands for 30 minutes after baking.
