Creamy White Chicken Chili Recipe

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
1 onion (chopped)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 (15 ounce) cans white beans (rinsed and drained)
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream

In a large stockpot, saute chicken, onion, and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and whipping cream, and then serve.
