4 Vienna sausage
6 white potatoes (French Fries)

Vegetable Oil
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the meat in cubes of 2 cm each side this is very important we don’t want the pieces too small or too big we want them bite size, peel the onion and slice in the juliana style (think strips), do the same with pepper and tomato, slice the sausage.

Mix the vegetables together , Once all ingredients are ready, we start to cooking.

Start by frying the potatos and hard boil the eggs ( then peel and cut in wedges).

Put a small quantity of oil in a deep skillet or pot, wait to heat then cook the meat for 5 min, after that add salt , thre pepper and the soy sauce , cook for another for 1 min, then add the vegetables and cook them reducing the heat to medium.

Add Half Cup/Can of beer (to make it juicy).

Add the vienna sausages and cook for 3 min.

Add the potato and mix all.

Once all is mixed it is ready to serve, if you don’t like spicy food you can avoid serve with locotto(chili pepper).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can eat with bread (soak it in the juice) and drink the half can/bottle of beer left ;)
