1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Tbsps. Italian Parsley, chopped
1 tsps. Garlic, minced
Pepper, to taste
cup Olive Oil
2 large Eggs
cup Water
12 Beef - round sandwich steaks (2 oz. each) pounded flat to 5x3 inch rectangles

Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, pepper, oil and eggs in a small bowl. Add enough water to make a fairly doughy mixture that sticks together.

Place about 1 tablespoon of crumb mixture about inch from 1 long end of each steak.

Roll up steaks; secure by wrapping several times around and once or twice lengthwise with thread. (No need to tie)
