5 hot italian sausages
box penne
oil
red onion
1-3 cloves garlic
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
pepper
parmesan cheese
parsley...garnish
Directions:
Directions:
take skin off sausages. begin to fry.
Add onion, garlic and spices
Add tomatoes. I add splash of red wine if opened. simmer till liquid halved. not too much tho.

serve with cheese and parsley
