1/4 cup of maple Or pancake syrup
3- Tbsp. of coarse-grain Mustard
2- Tbsp. of light brown sugar
4(6-oz. of Salmon Fillets
fresh Parsley, chopped finely

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Lightly coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets skin side down, in baking dish.

Whisk together syrup, mustard, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour over the salmon.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
