Depends on how many you want to make:
For a full recipe of ricotta filling you can do 2 dozen peppers
Or use some in lasagne, etc

Olive oil - about 1/4 cup
Hot banana peppers, washed and dried
Ricotta Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Hot oven - 400 works well

Coat the peppers in oil, spread out on a baking pan
Bake until the peppers are softening, then let cool

Remove the stem and seeds and stuff with ricotta mix

Bake at 350 for about half hour ( covered with foil )
Serve as - is or with a marinara sauce
