6 chicken thighs (can use breast)
1 cup rice
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soups
2 cups water
tsp salt
tsp pepper
cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, onion soup mix,cream of chicken soupand water. Pour into buttered 8 x 12 baking dish. Roll chicken in melted butter. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 1--2 hours at 350
