Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts (to be cut in half for 6 total prices of chicken)
1 package frozen puff pastry sheets (to thaw out)
1 container of either Alouette or Rondelle garlic & herbs soft spreadable cheese
1 egg white beaten with a dash of water

Directions:
Directions:
Unfold pastry and roll each sheet on lightly floured surface. Cut puff pastry into 6 squares.

Spread the cheese evenly on each pastry square (can be light or heavy depending on cheese preference). Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken and place the chicken on the cheesy squares.

Fold the pastry square around the chicken like wrapping a package. Flip the pastry over so the seam side is down and place on a baking sheet (can grease the cooking sheet or can lay parchment paper down on sheet).

Using a pastry brush, use egg wash w/ dash of water and brush that over the puff pastry wellingtons like a coating.

Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown or until chicken is measuring 160 degrees with a meat thermometer.
