Taco Pie Recipe

1 lbs ground beef
1 deep dish pie shell
cup taco seasoning
1 15 oz refried beans
1 8 oz jar salsa
8 oz shredded cheese
2 cups crushed torilla chips (flavor doesn't matter)

Optional Toppings:
diced tomatoes
sliced black olives
sour cream
slice jalapenos

1. Bake the pie crust according to package
2.. Preheat oven 350
3. Brown ground beef and drain
4. Add taco seasoning, following package direction
5. Mix the beans and salsa in bowl
6. Spread the bean mixture in the bottom of the baked pie crust
7. Add half ground beef
8. Top with half the tortilla chips
9. Top with half the cheese
10. Repeat ingredient layering to make a second layer
11. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted
12. Cool 10 minutes
13. Slice and top with optional toppings
