1 pk. Puff Pastry
3 c. Raspberries
3 tbsp. Cornstarch in a slurry of 2 tbsp. Water
½ c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
3 tbsp. Apple Juice
Powdered Sugar, for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Over medium heat, add 1½ cups of raspberries, sugar, and 2 tbsp. of the Apple Juice. Stir till sugar dissolves and berries softer. Add rest of raspberries, the cornstarch slurry, and the last of juice. Cook till filling thickens. Set aside.
Unfold pastry sheets and cut into 4 even squares. Brush with melted butter. Spoon berries into center of each square. Seal into triangle shapes and seal with fork. Brush with some butter and powdered sugar. Bake for 20 minutes till golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
