- Ground Cumin - 1 tsp.
- Kosher Salt - 1 tsp.
- Garlic Powder - ½ tsp.
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ tsp.
- Paprika - ½ tsp.
- Canned Chicken - 36 - 48 ounces total
- Chicken Broth - 1/2 cup
- Frozen Mexican Street Corn
- Fresh Cilantro - ¼ cup
- Fresh Lime Juice - 2 limes
- Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Kosher Salt - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper - ½ tsp.
- 8 -10 Tortillas

1. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and smoked paprika
2. Sauté the chicken, broth, and spices in a large skillet
3. Char the tortillas 1 minute on each side
