2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup picante sauce
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 block of cream cheese
Stand and stuff shells
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, picante sauce, corn and black beans in crock pot for 5ish hours (depending on your crockpot and preference). 30 minutes prior to eating, shred the chicken with 2 forks and return to crockpot. Add the block of cream cheese. Once melted, put the mixture in stand and stuff shells, top with shredded cheese and broil for 2-3 minutes.
