¼ cup unsalted butter
8 oz package Cremona mushrooms, sliced— 4 cups
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
½ salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 cups Parmesan
2 8 oz packages 3 cheese tortellini, cooked per package directions
2 T chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil, rack 8” from heat
Melt butter in skillet, cook mushrooms 4 minutes. Stir & continue cooking 4 more minutes till golden brown.
Add garlic. Cook 1 minute or u til fragrant.
Still in cream & milk. Simmer about 8 minutes
Stir in spices & all but ¼ cup Parmesan
Stir in tortellini.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Broil 3-5 minutes till bubbly.
