4 cups seasoned chicken broth
¼ cup cornstarch
2 to 3 cups cooked and cubed chicken or turkey
4 cups cooked rice
1 10 oz. pkg frozen petite peas, thawed
5 stalks celery, finely diced
1-2 green peppers, chopped
Whatever onions available chopped or diced
1 8 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits
1 8 oz. can Mandarin oranges
1-2 cups Chinese noodles
Other toppings you wish to add

Combine broth and cornstarch. Cook until thick and clear. Add chicken. Place remaining ingredients in individual bowls. Have guests build their own stack in whatever order they wish with the ingredients given.
