Purple Smoothie - pictured below
2 cups berries (strawberries, blueberries)
½ cup almond milk (I used vanilla)
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup spinach
1 tablespoon fresh ginger

Green Smoothie
½ cup green grapes
2 pears (sometimes I substitute applesauce if I don’t have pears)
½ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup spinach
½ medium avocado
2 tablespoons lime juice (taste it & decide if you want more)

Directions:
