8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 package strawberry cake mix (18.5 oz)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cream together cream cheese & butter
3. Stir in egg & vanilla
4. Add cake mix & stir until well blended
5. Roll into 1" balls & then roll balls into powdered sugar
6. Place 1" apart on greased cookie sheet
7. Bake for 10-13 minutes
