1 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
½ c. packed light brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 c. (12 oz. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
⅓ c. seedless raspberry jam
½ c. chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350º
Grease and flour a 9x13 baking dish. Beat butter in large bowl till creamy. Add in flour, salt, and sugar until crumbly. With flour fingers press 1-¾ c. mixture in bottom of baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and pour over hot crust. Mix nuts with remaining batter and sprinkle over chocolate layer. Drop teaspoons full of raspberry jam over batter. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
