1 lb Sausage cut into 1 pieces (use your favorite sausage)
Head of Cabbage cut into wedges
20 small potatoes- quartered
1 small onion - sliced
Garlic butter to taste, store bought or homemade
S & P to taste
4 ice cubes

Preheat your grill to 400 Degrees
Cut four sheets of foil. Spray well with non-stick spray.
Divide the cabbage, potatoes and onion over the foil sheets
Evenly divide the sausage between the packets and top with garlic butter
Add 1 ice cube to each mound
Seal each packet and place on grill
Grill for 50 mins flipping every 15 minutes
Allow to rest 10 mins
Serve with sour cream if desired.

Also can do in the oven for 50-60 mins @ 400 degrees.
