Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
12 T unsalted butter
1 cups sugar, divided
2 eggs, divided
1 cup flour
1 cup raspberry preserves
cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans or almond slices

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter & 1 cup sugar till light & fluffy
Beat in egg yolks & gradually add flour
Spread into 9x13 pan
Bake 350 25 minutes

Cool
Spread with preserves
Sprinkle with coconut

Beat eggs till stiff
Gradually add remaining cup sugar, forming soft peaks
Fold in nuts
Spread over preserves
Bake 12 minutes more
Cool & cut
