1 can (14 oz) black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can (14oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15oz) white hominy or chick peas, drained and rinsed
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions chopped
2 garlic gloves, crushed
1 medium bell pepper, any color, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
8 ounces of your favorite Italian salad dressing

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing well. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Drain before serving. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or as a side salad.
