-Kale - 2 bunches
-Shredded Carrots - 1 c.
-Sunflower seeds - ¼ c.
-Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

1. Rinse and dry the kale, remove the stems, and cut the kale into thin strips
2. Toss the kale in a large bowl with carrots, and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing over kale mixture.
3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
