2¾ c. all-purpose flour
¼ t. salt
1 t. baking soda
2 t. cream of tartar
1½ c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon

Combine ingredients; store in an airtight container. Attach instructions.

Instructions:
Combine ½ cup sugar and 1 T. cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside. Cream one cup butter until light and fluffy; add 2 eggs. Blend in cookie mix; mix well. Shape dough into one-inch balls; roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Arrange 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets; bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
