Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, spicy ranch packet, onion powder, cajun seasoning, and breadcrumbs, whisk the egg before adding it to the mixture.

3. Start your grill I use hickory wood chips with my charcoal.

5. Using your hands or a burger press form patties and put them on the grill and let sit for 5-7 minutes.
If you're making jalapeņo popper burgers in a separate bowl after mixing your meat and washing your hands, mix cream cheese, diced jalapeņo, bacon bits and cooked diced onions together. Then form a burger pattie and put the mixture on top of the pattie and then form another pattie and place it on top sealing the edges together all the way around. I usually just put like a tablespoon in the middle of the pattie.

Put patties on the grill for about 7-8 mins making sure to flip them.
