2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
sweet onion (diced)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard
3-4 tbsp ketchup
sleeve club crackers (crumbled)
1 tsp Mrs Dash Table Blend
1 tsp salt plus a dash
1 tsp pepper plush a dash
1 tbsp A1 sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 egg

Add all ingredients to large bowl. Use only half of ketchup. When adding crackers, start with 5-6, smash into rest of mixture. If very moist, add more.
Kneed ingredients until completely combined. Form into loaf. Add to a greased 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper. Zig-Zag Ketchup across the top of the meatloaf. Bake at 425 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min. Check the middle by cutting with a butter knife. If firm and brown, it's done.

Personal Notes:
This is a recipe from when I was a kid. I never make it the same, but this is as close to what it should be as I can get.
