1 lg. chicken, cooked and cubed
2 c. cooked rice
4 c. soft bread crumbs
½ c. butter or chicken fat
2 c. chicken stock (broth)
3 well beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 c. celery
Pimento, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in flat casserole dish. Garnish with crushed corn flakes and bake at 350º for 1½ hours or until browned.
