Crust:
1½ c graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ c unsalted butter, melted, extra for greasing

Filling:
4 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese @ room temp
2 tbsp flour
¼ tsp salt
1¼ c sugar
½ c sour cream
1 tbsp vanilla
3 large eggs @ room temp

Directions:
Directions:
Use deep 9x13 pan, cheesecake will be thick.

Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly grease pan. Stir crust mixture together, press into pan. Bake about 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool. Turn oven down to 300º. Combine filling in bowl, pour onto crust. Bake until filling is set but center jiggles 65-75 minutes. Filling firms as it cools. Top when cool.

*Need 2 cans of filling for topping and one large container of Cool Whip.
