1 c graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
tsp ground cinnamon
c unsalted butter, melted, extra for greasing

4 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese @ room temp
2 tbsp flour
tsp salt
1 c sugar
c sour cream
1 tbsp vanilla
3 large eggs @ room temp

Use deep 9x13 pan, cheesecake will be thick.

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease pan. Stir crust mixture together, press into pan. Bake about 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool. Turn oven down to 300. Combine filling in bowl, pour onto crust. Bake until filling is set but center jiggles 65-75 minutes. Filling firms as it cools. Top when cool.

*Need 2 can of filling for topping and one large container of Cool Whip.
