Pork cutlets
Eggs
Bread crumbs
1-2 Onions
Chicken broth
Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice onions thin. Sautee onions in oil until soft, but not browned. Set aside.
2. Egg and bread the pork cutlets. Using the same pan, working in batches, fry the cutlets until browned. Set aside as they are cooked.
3. Add all cutlets back to the pan, top with onions. Add enough broth to just cover the meat and add 1-2 tbsp of soy sauce.
4. Allow the meat to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
