½ cup (1 stick) of softened butter
⅔ cup light brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1½ cups of oats
¾ cup raisins
½ cup walnuts (crunchy cereal)

Directions:

Cream together butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in raisins, oats, and walnuts.

Let chill for 30 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 350º.

Once heated, bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. Take out and let cool. Enjoy!
