25-30 medium pickling cucumbers, sliced
8 large onions, sliced
½ c. salt

Combine:
5 c. apple cider vinegar
5 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
½ tbsp. whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced cucumbers and onions in pan and sprinkle salt over them. Cover and let set overnight.

Bring spice mixture to a boil. Add drained cucumbers let boil until they just change color.

Put in jars and seal.

Let set for 3-4 weeks before trying them.
