4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ½ cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
2 large eggs, beaten
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (9 in) unbaked pie crust
*optional* whipped cream for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa, sugar, and corn starch.

Add in eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla and stir until combined.

Pour mixture into pie shell and bake for 50 minutes.

Allow to cool completely.

Serve and top with whipped cream, if desired.
