Chicken spaghetti Recipe

1 lb Angel hair pasta
1 lb Boneless chicken breast cooked and shredded
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 small onion diced
1 egg
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Chicken stock optional
Salt and pepper

Boil chicken breast until fully cooked
Remove chicken to a plate to cool keeping the chicken stock to cook pasta in
Once chicken is cooled, shred to bit size pieces
In large bowl beat egg, add diced onion, and both cans of soup
When pasta is cooked drain and add to soup mixture
Add chicken, salt and pepper
Pour into 9 x 13 buttered dish and bake for 25 minutes on 350
Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes to melt cheese
