1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients and press into 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on topping mixture. For topping, mix together remaining ingredients. Return to oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
