1 C oil
2 C sugar
4 eggs
6 very ripe bananas

4 C flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/3 C milk
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Spray 2 large loaf pans with oil

In mixer, cream oil and sugar well
Add 4 eggs and beat well
Peel bananas and throw into the mixer

Combine flour, salt, soda and baking powder
*sift together, to eliminate lumps of soda

Add flour mixture
Add milk and vanilla

Fill loaf pans 3/4 full
Bake for 10 minutes and then turn oven temp down to 325º for another hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Spread a Tb of butter on each hot loaf.
