3 OR 4 RUSSET POTATOES
MELTED BUTTER
SALT
PEPPER
SHREDDED CHEESE
CHOPPED GREEN ONION
BACON BITS
SOUR CREAM (OPTIONAL)

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400

SLICE POTATOES
BRUSH WITH MELTED BUTTER
SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
Bake for 30 minutes. Add shredded cheese, green onion, and bacon bits.
Bake for another 5 minutes. Dip in sour cream if you wish.
