4 chicken breast
olive oil
allspice to taste
salt to taste
large tortillas
mozzarella cheese.
Directions:
Directions:
Cut up 4 chicken breast

Sautée with some olive oil in a pan

Add some allspice and some salt

Remove from pan when cooked

Clean Pan and add some olive oil on medium heat

Then place a large tortilla on the pan and add some chicken, then some mozzarella cheese.

Fold the tortilla over the chicken then cook for a few minutes over medium heat and flip over until nice and golden crispy.

I like to eat all kinds of food, but I really like Quesadillas, I like them a lot. My Mom is the best at cooking. She is good at it. It is nutritious for me because it has chicken, cheese, tortilla, bell peppers, and jalapenos. To make a quesadilla, like my moms, you need to oil a frying pan and place it on the stove on medium heat. Wait for it to heat up, and then throw the tortilla on first, then the cheese, then the chicken, peppers, and of the spicy jalapenos. To tell it’s finished, you will know by looking at the cheese, it should be melted. It can be rolled into a wrap or eaten like taco. I hope you enjoy it and this dish goes well a side of fries.
