Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Bell pepper
can of Tuna or whatever you want to use.
1 Tablespoon or however much you want to use.
Salt (optional)
pepper (optional)
hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut a bell pepper (or your vegetable serving vessel of choice) in half and scoop out the nasty bits.
2. In a bowl, mix together your tuna (I actually used mackerel which is much tastier IMO), mayo (I used about a tablespoon, but don’t let anyone tell you how to live your life) and any seasonings you favor (salt, pepper, hot sauce – if you have a stronger stomach than me).
3. Heap the fishy mixture into your vegetable.
4. Add greenery to garnish, if that’s how you roll.
5. Eat it caveman style with your hands, because you’re a grown adult and no one can see you anyway
