2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter

1 pint whipping cream
2 c. sugar
½ c. flour
3 eggs
5 c. chopped rhubarb

TOPPING
1 pint whipping cream
½ c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter with flour and sugar and press into 9 x 13 pan - bake at 350* for 10 minutes.

While crust is cooking beat together whipping cream with sugar, flour, and eggs. Place diced rhubarb over crust and pour liquid mixture over this and the baked crust. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.

When cooled completely top with cool whip topping.
