Ingredients:  
1.5 lb. Salmon cut into 6 equal pieces
1/4 C butter, melted
1/4 C maple syrup
2 T grainy mustard
2 T soy sauce
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Arrange salmon pieces in a 9x13 baking dish
Whisk other ingredients together.
Pour over salmon.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
