Pillsbury Bake-off Winner


1 cake yeast
cup warm water
1 cup creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 T sugar
1 T instant minced onions
1 T butter
2 tsp dill seed
1 tsp salt
tsp soda
1 unbeaten egg
2-2 cups flour

Soften yeast in water
Combine with other ingredients
Add flour slowly to form stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
Cover & let rise in greased glass bowl till doubled
Punch down
Let rise again.
Bake 350 40-50 minutes
Brush with butter & sprinkle with salt.
