2 lbs round steak tenderized or cube steak
flour salt and pepper
2 tbs oil
1 medium onion diced
1 stalk of celery diced
1 medium green pepper diced (optional)
1 can tomato soup
1 cup of water
1 clove of garlic minced
1 teaspoon corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into serving pieces and dredge in season flower (can use lip lock bag)
Heat oil in electric frying pan
Brown meat on both sides
Add onion, garlic, celery and green pepper saute
Mix water and tomato soup together and pour over meat
Reduce heat to low or simmer and cover
Cook for 45 to 60 minutes or until done, stir occasionally so meat doesn't stick
Can thicken gravy with corn starch dissolved in water when finished cooking.
Serve in serving dish or casserole dish
